s A sexual predator who evaded capture for more than three decades was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murders of two 6-year-old boys who were abducted near their homes in Anaheim Hills and Agoura Hills. Kenneth Rasmuson, shackled next to his attorney in a Pomona courtroom, showed no emotion as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Juan Carlos Dominguez sentenced him under a plea bargain arranged in February with the District Attorney’s Office.
