Much of children’s social itinerary these days involves them watching their parents answer conference calls. Soon, they’ll be able to partake in spin classes, too.
Images first shared by toy news blog The Toy Book purport that toymaker Little Tikes is set to release a kid-friendly version of a Peloton exercise bike—and it’s called the ‘Pelican’, no less.
Like real stationary bikes, the Pelican Explore & Fit Cycle bike includes adjustable features for comfort and to make workouts more challenging, including handlebars, seating, resistance, and tilting action. In-built audio entertainment lets young bikers cycle through stories.
There’s even a stand to carry a digital device to hook up virtual training videos from the Little Tikes YouTube channel, Apartment Therapy notes. The little ones can find their motivation as they ride alongside animals and dinosaurs in the (virtual) great outdoors, and a Bluetooth speaker gives them the option to play their favorite tunes.
The Pelican, designed for ages three to seven, is scheduled to launch in Target this month.
